Physical Description
- Appearance:
Onasu embodies the vibrant essence of coral reefs, making his appearance as diverse and colorful as the marine ecosystems he protects. His body is a living sculpture, crafted from countless types of coral—ranging from the sturdy brain coral forming his core to delicate, branching elkhorn coral that appears to sprout and grow from his limbs. Each piece of coral that comprises his form is alive, pulsating with soft, bioluminescent glows that shift in color from soothing blues to vibrant pinks and radiant purples, reflecting his moods and the health of his domain.
His facial features are sharply defined, much like the jagged edges of coral but softened by the constant, gentle flow of water around them. His eyes, deep-set within sockets of spiraled coral, shine like sapphire gems, casting a serene gaze that mirrors the tranquil depths of a protected lagoon. The most striking feature of Onasu is the crown of staghorn coral that adorns his head, sprawling outward like the rays of the sun.

- Thalmon: Brother. Yet another thorn in Onasu’s side, Thalmon and his petty attempts to contest rule of the Mare Sanctum. Thalmon’s efforts are scarcely more than trifling annoyances, amusing yet tiresome in their persistence.
- Ooscara: Sister. Distant an inconsequential to Onasu and his quest to reclaim his position.
- Typhial: Brother. A mere puppet of Keldria, Onasu harbours no respect for his distant little brother. It would be best if he remains isolated in his distant realm. Rivals/Enemies: Keldria. Attitude towards Mortals: (How they generally treat or interact with their followers and other mortals)
Mythology and Worship
- Creation Myth:
In the primordial age of Statera, when the earth and seas were still finding their form, Ooscie, the vast and nurturing Primordial of the Oceans, had tirelessly filled the boundless abyss with her essence, creating the first oceans that would cradle life. As the immense task came to completion, her energy waned, and she sought respite from her labors. Yet, she knew her vast domain needed vigilant overseers to maintain the balance of its nascent ecosystems.
In a moment of divine inspiration, Ooscie gathered the energies of the ocean’s depths—where the pressures create the most resilient forms of life—and conjured three beings from her very essence to watch over her creations. Thus, Onasu and his brothers were born, each emerging from the froth of the sea with a splash that sent ripples across the newly formed oceans.
Onasu, the first to rise, emerged amidst the vibrant coral reefs that fringe the shallows. As he ascended, the corals clung to him, forming his body and binding their fate to his. From the beginning, he was a being of breathtaking beauty and diversity, reflecting the myriad forms of life that thrive in the reefs. His brothers, Keldria and Thalmon, rose theseafter, each to their own realms, but none as brightly adorned as Onasu.
However, the tranquility of their shared purpose was not to last. Keldria, largest of the borthers, viewed the vast oceans as his sole dominion. Driven by a desire for supremacy, Keldria sought to consolidate his power, claiming the holy ocean of Mare Sanctum for himself. Bullying his brothers into submission, they were relegated to the peripheries.
Refusing to accept this imposed fate, Onasu has steadfastly challenged Keldria’s rule. Their fierce confrontations have left a legacy of turmoil, manifesting as tempestuous seas and violent storms around the sacred isle of Mon Olympus. These turbulent waters bear witness to their ongoing strife, a testament to Onasu’s unyielding spirit and his relentless pursuit to reclaim his rightful place in the pantheon.
