- Appearance: Spatalos is depicted as a gaunt, skeletal figure with skin stretched tight over his bones. His head resembles that of a predatory beast, but it appears weak and wasted away to little more than gaping jaws with sunken, hollow eyes. His legs are bowed and unbelievably frail, resembling those of a stork. He wears tattered cloth that hangs loosely from his emaciated frame. Where his stomach should be is an open maw lined with countless teeth, perpetually exuding drool, symbolizing his insatiable hunger and greed.

- Creation Myth: When humanity spread across Staterum, their rapid expansion and desolation of the natural world for resources left many areas barren and destroyed by their wastefulness and myopic nature. From the desolate and ruined lands, Spatalos was born, embodying humanity’s wasteful tendencies and excessive greed. He emerged as a skeletal figure, a manifestation of the very essence of profligacy and excess that had ravaged the land. Spatalos stands as a grim reminder of the consequences of unchecked consumption and the relentless pursuit of indulgence.
- Major Cults and Religious Practices: The main worshipers of Spatalos are the Gnolls of Donatus Stultitia, said to have been born from his corruption.
